Prisum Healthcare company was established in 1994 with the main object of activity the wholesale trade of medicines, pharmaceuticals and care and maintenance products (cosmetics).
The vision of Prisum Healthcare is to devote itself to Life. We respect Life in all its forms: nature, people and animals. We are dedicated to this dream of doing well to others. That's why we chose to mirror this vision in the mantra that guides us: "Prisum. Dedicated to Life. Naturally."
From the beginning Prisum Healthcare held the right to distribute on the Romanian market the products manufactured by the Himalaya Drug Company (India). Founded in 1930, the Himalaya Company is a world pioneer in the field of scientifically validated herbal health care. Using state-of-the-art breakthroughs and combining technology with the traditional Indiana - Ayurvedic medical system, Himalaya products are now being ordered by consumers in over 90 countries around the world.
In 2003 Prisum Healthcare branched out into the field of industrial real estate.
First project Green Office completed with a net leasable area of 1,900 sqm in Alba Iulia commercial district in Bucharest, Romania. "Green Office" building has continued to maintain 0% vacancy rate, thirteen years after delivery.
Incorporated in 2015, "Prisum Imobiliare" (Prisum Real Estate) is a stand-alone business, which currently operates 3 office and industrial projects. The company has earned the trust of its partners by delivering solid projects at high quality standards.
In 2017, Prisum Real Estate completed the acquisition of a plot of land with an area of 2 hectares in the Theodor Pallady area of Bucharest. A mixed-use residential, industrial and logistics project called iPark One is planned on the purchased land.
Prisum Real Estate acquired the Dr. Tomescu Villa, a historical landmark monument with a net leasable area of 1,100 square meters. The building will be developed in premium class A offices in an ultra-central location in the heart of Bucharest, on Victoriei Boulevard.
In the last quarter of 2020 Prisum Real Estate started the works on the historical building "Dr. Tomescu Villa" with planned delivery in the spring of 2022.
Eighteen years of sustainable development has allowed our company to amass considerable competency in the real estate field. Prisum Real Estate has developed complex and significant projects, becoming one of the important companies operating on the real estate market in Romania. Current capitalization of the company is 8 million euros.
