In 2018 Prisum Real Estate acquired the "Dr. Tomescu Villa" building, a historical landmark monument.

The Villa was built in 1862 as residential house of the famous pediatrician doctor Toma Tomescu, professor at the Faculty of Medicine (University of Bucharest).

Dr. Tomescu Villa is a historical landmark monument with a net leasable area of 1,100 sqm.

After 160 years, the villa is ready to start a brand new life as a premium office building.

Prisum Real Estate started the works on the historical building "Dr. Tomescu Villa" with planned delivery in the spring of 2025.

Calea Victoriei is one of the oldest arteries of Bucharest. The portion between Dacia Boulevard and Gheorghe Manu Street is classified as a historical monument.

Architectural monuments located in the immediate vicinity of the villa Dr. Tomescu:

  • Cantacuzino Palace, a Rococo, French Neoclassical and Art Nouveau style building. The palace houses the George Enescu Museum.

  • Cleopatra Trubetskoi House, a meeting place for the intellectuals of the time. The great pianist Franz Liszt was a guest of these meetings.

  • Vernescu House rebuilt under the leadership of the great architect Ion Mincu.

  • Ghica Palace with an imposing Renaissance-style facade.

Prisum Healthcare, the distributor of Himalaya pharmaceuticals, enters the real estate market. "We want to reach a market value of 50 million euros."
