In 2018 Prisum Real Estate acquired the "Dr. Tomescu Villa" building, a historical landmark monument.
The Villa was built in 1862 as residential house of the famous pediatrician doctor Toma Tomescu, professor at the Faculty of Medicine (University of Bucharest).
After 160 years, the villa is ready to start a brand new life as a premium office building.
